وفي إطار الخطة الاستراتيجية، تجدر الإشارة بشكل خاص إلى البرنامج الوطني لرصد الأرض الساتلي، الذي يهدف إلى استحداث نظام وطني لسواتل قادرة على إنتاج صور على أساس نوعين من تكنولوجيات الرصد الفضائي: الرصد البصري والرصد الراداري.

Within the Strategic Plan, particular mention should be made of the National Programme for the Observation of the Earth by Satellite, the purpose of which is the development of a national system of satellites capable of producing images on the basis of the two space-based observation technologies: optical and radar observation.
