Bei der Resektionsinterpositionsplastik mit einer Silastikmembran sind folgende operationstechnische Einzelheiten zu beachten: die Membran soll um die Ulna geführt werden, diese mindestens zur Hälfte umscheiden, die Resektionsfläche nach proximal und distal mindestens 1– 2 cm überragen und teilfixiert werden.

After resection of the post-traumatic synostosis of radius and ulna, the following technical details are to be observed: the silastic membrane has to ensheath the ulna and at least half of its circumference; it is fixed partially with Dexon sutures and has to surpass the resection by about 2 cm in length.
