وفيما يتعلق بتكاليف شراء تذاكر السفر بالطائرة، خلص هذا الفريق في "تقرير وتوصيات فريق المفوضين بشأن الدفعة التاسعة من المطالبـات مـن الفئة `هاء # `" ( # ) إلى أن أصحـاب المطالبـات لا يستحقون التعويض عن أسعار تذاكر السفر بالطائرة للإجلاء إلا إذا تجاوزت هذه الأسعار الأسعار التي كانوا سيدفعونها لإعادة موظفيهم إلى مواطنهم في جميع الأحوال بعد انتهاء العمل المتعاقد عليه في الظروف الطبيعية

In respect of the cost of airfares, in the “Report and recommendations made by the Panel of Commissioners concerning the ninth instalment of ` # claims” ( # ), this Panel held that claimants were only entitled to compensation for the cost of evacuation airfares if this cost exceeded the cost which they would have incurred in repatriating their employees in any event after natural completion of their contracts

Что же касается расходов на авиабилеты, то в «Докладе и рекомендациях Группы уполномоченных по девятой партии претензий "Е # "» ( # ) данная Группа постановила, что заявители имеют право на возмещение расходов на эвакуацию авиатранспортом лишь в том случае, если такие расходы превышают те расходы, которые они понесли бы в любом случае в связи с репатриацией своих сотрудников по истечению срока их контрактов
