ب) اذا حدث بعد اللحظة التي استُحقت فيها أجرة النقل أن أصاب البضاعة هلاك أو تلف أو، لم تسلّم الى المرسل اليه وفقا لأحكام عقد النقل لأي سبب آخر، تظل أجرة النقل واجبة الدفع بصرف النظر عن سبب هلاك البضاعة أو تلفها أو عدم تسليمها
