في 14 أيلول/سبتمبر 2010، قدمت الدولة الطرف ملاحظاتها بشأن الأسس الموضوعية للشكوى وأحالت إلى اللجنة نسخةً من سجلات الإجراءات القضائية التي اتُّخذت لدى المحكمة الأولى والنيابة العامة بكومودورو ريبادابيا ومكتب المدعي العام لمحافظة تشوبوت.

On 14 September 2010, the State party submitted its observations on the merits of the complaint and forwarded to the Committee a copy of the judicial proceedings before the First Chamber, the Public Prosecution Service of Comodoro Rivadavia and the Office of the Attorney-General of Chubut.
