Iran is conducting a number of uranium conversion and fuel fabrication activities at UCF, the Enriched UO2 Powder Plant (EUPP), FMP and the Fuel Plate Fabrication Plant (FPFP) at Esfahan, as indicated below, which it is required[footnoteRef:76] to suspend, notwithstanding that the facilities are under Agency safeguards.
