The polylactic acid resin composition comprises: a polylactic acid resin which comprises a hard segment comprising a polylactic acid repeat unit, and a soft segment comprising a polyolefin-based polyol repeat unit in which polyolefin-based polyol constituent units are, by the medium of a urethane bond or an ester bond, connected in a linear or branched manner, wherein the percentage (%C bio) of a biomass-originating organic carbon, which is defined by mathematical formula 1, is 60% by weight or higher; and an anti-oxidant.
