وتتمثل أهداف الخطة فيما يلي: نشر البحوث التي تجري بشأن الموضوعات التي تؤثر على المرأة وتحديد الوثائق والمواد التقنية التي يمكن أن تيسر تنشيط مختلف المهنيين من الهيئات العامة والخاصة أو المبادرات الاجتماعية: توعية الرأي العام بضرورة تغيير النماذج والأدوار الثقافية، وتزويد الرأي العام بالمعلومات عن مساهمات المرأة في تنمية المجتمع.

The purposes of the Plan are: to disseminate research studies on issues that affect women; to publish tools and technical material to facilitate the activities of professionals in public agencies, private entities or social initiatives; to sensitize the public on the need to change cultural patterns and roles and provide information to the public on the contributions made by women to the development of society.

Los objetivos del Plan son: difundir las investigaciones que se realizan en torno a temas que afectan a las mujeres; editar instrumentos y materiales técnicos que pueden facilitar la actuación de diferentes tipos de profesionales de organismos públicos, entidades privadas o de la iniciativa social; sensibilizar a la opinión pública sobre la necesaria modificación de patrones y roles culturales y ofrecer a la opinión pública información sobre las aportaciones que realizan las mujeres al desarrollo de la sociedad.

Целями плана являются: распространение исследований по женской проблематике, издание юридических документов и технических материалов для оказания помощи в работе специалистов государственных, частных учреждений и общественных организаций, внедрение в сознание общественности необходимости изменения культурных норм и ролей, предоставление информации о вкладе женщин в развитие общества.
