وفي كل الأحوال، فأي مؤسسة تعليمية تنشأ تخضع دائماً لمتابعة مدى تسييرها بما يتفق ومعايير وشروط التعليم والتربية المعتمدة في الجماهيرية، وكذلك مراعاتها للمبادئ المنصوص عليها في الفقرة 1 من المادة 29 من الاتفاقية.

(e) Schools must guarantee an environment that is conducive to the free and safe development of the child.

En tout état de cause, tout établissement d’enseignement fait l’objet d’un contrôle permanent pour s’assurer qu’il est géré conformément aux normes requises dans ce domaine par la Jamahiriya et aux principes énoncés au paragraphe 1 de l’article 29 de la Convention.
