وبالنسبة لممثل مصر، تقدم المقرر الخاص إليه بالشكر إزاء تصريحاته الودية، ثم أوضح أن الحائط (وفقا للمصطلح الذي يستخدمه الفلسطينيون) أو سور الأمن (وفقا للتسمية الإسرائيلية) مقام في جزء كبير منه في الأراضي الفلسطينية، وهو لا يحاذي الخط الأخضر.
