Pourmand Tehrani (Islamic Republic of Iran), speaking on behalf of the Group of 77 and China, said that the Group noted with regret that 79 of the 144 non-governmental organizations in consultative status with UNIDO had had no interaction with the organization in the last four years, could no longer be traced or had not responded to the reviews undertaken by the Secretariat.
