(1) Ausbildungsbeihilfen sind im Sinne von Artikel 87 Absatz 3 EG-Vertrag mit dem Gemeinsamen Markt vereinbar und von der Anmeldepflicht gemäß Artikel 88 Absatz 3 EG-Vertrag freigestellt, wenn die Voraussetzungen der Absätze 2, 3 und 4 dieses Artikels erfüllt sind.

1. Training aid shall be compatible with the common market within the meaning of Article 87(3) of the Treaty and shall be exempt from the notification requirement of Article 88(3) of the Treaty, provided that the conditions laid down in paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 of this Article are fulfilled.

(1) A képzési támogatást a Szerződés 87. cikkének (3) bekezdése szerinti, a közös piaccal összeegyeztethető támogatásnak kell tekinteni, és mentesül a Szerződés 88. cikkének (3) bekezdésében előírt bejelentési kötelezettség alól, feltéve hogy teljesülnek az e cikk (2), (3) és (4) bekezdésben rögzített feltételek.
