(2) Hat eine Vertragspartei nach Maßgabe ihres nationalen Rechts eine Kontrollinstanz mit der Aufgabe eingerichtet, in einem oder mehreren Sachbereichen die Einhaltung von datenschutzrechtlichen Bestimmungen in Bezug auf nicht in Dateien gespeicherte Daten auf unabhängige Weise zu überwachen, so überträgt diese Vertragspartei dieser Kontrollinstanz die Aufgabe, in diesen Sachbereichen auch die Einhaltung der Regelungen dieses Titels zu überwachen.

2. Where the Contracting Party has, in accordance with its national law, instructed a supervisory authority to monitor independently, in one or more areas, compliance with the provisions on the protection of personal data not entered in a data file, that Contracting Party shall instruct the same authority to supervise compliance with the provisions of this Title in the areas concerned.

(2) Ha egy Szerződő Fél – nemzeti jogának megfelelően – azzal bízott meg egy ellenőrző hatóságot, hogy egy vagy több területen független ellenőrzést gyakoroljon az adatállományba be nem vitt személyes adatok védelmére vonatkozó rendelkezések betartása felett, a Szerződő Fél ugyanezt a hatóságot bízza meg azzal is, hogy ellenőrizze e cím rendelkezéseinek betartását az érintett területeken.

(2) În cazul în care o parte contractantă, în conformitate cu legislația sa internă, a dat instrucțiuni unei autorități de control să monitorizeze independent, într-unul sau mai multe domenii, respectarea dispozițiilor cu privire la protecția datelor cu caracter personal neintroduse într-un fișier de date, partea contractantă dă instrucțiuni aceleiași autorități să supravegheze respectarea dispozițiilor prezentului titlu în respectivele domenii.
