تنطبق العقوبات المنصوص عليها في المادة # من قانون المؤسسات المصرفية والمالية على الأشخاص الاعتباريين في الظروف التي تكون سائدة وقت ارتكاب هذه المخالفة من قِبَل مؤسسة لا يستطيع مديرها أو مسؤولها المالي أو مراقبها المالي إثبات أن ارتكاب هذه الجريمة تم دون موافقته أو دون تواطؤ من جانبه رغم ما أبداه من الحرص المطلوب من أجل الحيلولة دون ارتكابها

The penalties provided under section # of the BAFIA would apply to legal persons in the circumstance where at the time the offence was committed by any institution, the director, officer or controller of the legal person is unable to prove that the offence involved was committed without his consent or connivance and that he has exercised all such diligence to prevent the commission of the offence as he ought to have exercised
