Nevertheless, thanks to the cooperation of the Kingdom of Denmark, the reporting process has been institutionalized through the creation of the International Conventions Monitoring Unit (USCI) in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Inter-Agency Committee on Human Rights (CIDH) composed of representatives of government departments and civil society.
