Beschrieben wird eine Vorrichtung zur Schwingungsanregung einer einseitig in einem Rasterkraftmikroskop (RKM) befestigten und aus Halbleitermaterial, das über keine piezoelektrischen Eigenschaften verfügt, bestehenden Blattfeder, an deren freien Ende eine Spitze angebracht ist, die in Kontakt mit einer zu untersuchenden Probenoberfläche bringbar ist.

The invention relates to a device for the vibration excitation of a leaf spring fixed to one side of an atomic force microscope (RKM), consisting of a semiconductor material which does not have any piezoelectric properties. A tip which can be brought into contact with the sample surface to be examined is applied to the free ends of said leaf spring.
