This outside air processor is provided with: a device body that has an inside air introduction part for introducing interior air from an interior, and a discharge port for discharging discharge air into the interior; a total heat exchanger that is provided in the device body, executes heat exchange of exterior air and interior air, and discharges the interior air which has been subjected to heat exchange as discharge air from the discharge port; and an opening/closing part that opens/closes a bypass passage that is provided in the device body and bypasses the inside air introduction part and discharge port.

L'invention concerne une unité de traitement d'air extérieur qui comprend : un corps de dispositif qui comporte une partie d'introduction d'air intérieur pour introduire de l'air intérieur provenant d'un intérieur et un orifice d'évacuation destiné à évacuer l'air vicié présent à l'intérieur ; un échangeur de chaleur totale qui est agencé dans le corps de dispositif, exécute un échange de chaleur de l'air extérieur et de l'air intérieur et évacue l'air intérieur qui a été soumis à un échange de chaleur sous la forme d'air vicié depuis l'orifice d'évacuation ; et une partie d'ouverture/de fermeture qui ouvre/ferme un passage de dérivation qui est formé dans le corps de dispositif et contourne la partie d'introduction d'air intérieur et l'orifice d'évacuation.
