Hierbei muß insbesondere die technologische Entwicklung und der Zeitplan für die Einführung der Gemeinschaftswährung berücksichtigt werden. Zu diesem Zweck wird die Kommission zwei Jahre vor der für die allgemeine Anwendung der Regelung vorgesehenen Frist einen Bewertungsbericht der Situation vorlegen.
