In the case before it, there was evidence in the record which supported a finding in law that, although the claimant only began teaching on August 30, 1993, he had been hired for the entire 1993 - 1994 school year, that is, starting on July 1, 1993, and that for all practical purposes, his remuneration covered the entire year, including the two summer months during which he did not work.

En l’espèce, il y avait au dossier des éléments de preuve qui étayaient un principe de droit: même si le prestataire ne commençait à enseigner qu’à partir du 30 août 1993, il était engagé pour toute l’année scolaire 1993-1994, c’est-à-dire à compter du 1er juillet 1993 et sa rémunération couvrait, à toutes fins pratiques, l’ensemble de l’année, incluant les deux mois d’été où il n’est n’est pas appelé à travailler.
