Un primer y fundamental pilar podría ser ese pacto europeo “sobre las finanzas” y “para las finanzas”, pero en los actuales líderes políticos no se aprecia ni la fuerza de ideas ni la valentía civil para abordar tal empresa, dejando a las jóvenes generaciones una casa común que amenaza ruina y en constante peligro de derrumbe ante una nueva sacudida.
