In the application of the regulations with respect to transborder charter flights, the Agency has followed an interpretation of the provisions of Annex III of the 1995 Agreement as permitting the operation of transborder charter flights or programs (series of flights) which contain multiple stops in either (or both) the United States or Canada provided that the group being transported remains the same throughout the itinerary and the charter contract is for a series of flights commencing or terminating at a point of origin or destination in the United States.

Dans l'application de la réglementation sur les vols transfrontaliers à la demande, l'Office a suivi une interprétation des dispositions de l'Annexe III de l'Accord de 1995 voulant que soit permise l'exploitation de vols ou de programmes (séries de vols) transfrontaliers à la demande comportant de multiples escales aux États-Unis ou au Canada (ou les deux) dans la mesure où le groupe transporté reste le même sur tout l'itinéraire et que le contrat d'affrètement vise une série de vols commençant ou se terminant en un point d'origine ou de destination aux États-Unis.
