وقد استعرضت اللجنة، خلال الفترة الممتدة من آذار/مارس الى أيلول/سبتمـبر 2001، ما مجموعـه 73 مقترحا تلقتهـا من اليوندسـيب والمركز المعني بمنع الإجرام الدولي، كان مصـير 20 في المائة منها إما الرفض أو الإعادة الى المكتب المقـدمة منه لكي يبذل المزيد من الجهد فيها.

During the period from March to September 2001, the Committee reviewed a total of 73 proposals received from UNDCP and the Centre for International Crime Prevention, 20 per cent of which were either turned down or returned to the submitting office for further work.
