The registration plates provided for vehicles so registered should be of approximately the same dimensions as normal plates but should show, one below the other, the last two figures of the year at the end of which the validity of the provisional registration expires, preferably inscribed in white on a vertical red bar (or in red on a white bar if the background of the plate is red).

Pour les véhicules ainsi immatriculés, la plaque d'immatriculation devrait avoir sensiblement les mêmes dimensions que les plaques normales, mais porter, inscrits l'un au-dessous de l'autre, les deux derniers chiffres du millésime de l'année à la fin de laquelle expire la validité de l'immatriculation provisoire délivrée, ces chiffres étant de préférence inscrits en blanc sur une barre verticale de couleur rouge (ou en rouge sur une barre de couleur blanche, si le fond de la plaque est rouge).

для зарегистрированных таким образом транспортных средств регистрационный знак должен иметь приблизительно такие же размеры, что и обычные регистрационные знаки, но на нем следует проставлять одну под другой две последние цифры календарного года, в конце которого истекает срок действия свидетельства о временной регистрации, причем эти цифры предпочтительнее наносить белым цветом на красной вертикальной полосе (или красным цветом на белой вертикальной полосе, если фон регистрационного знака красный).
