If the Buyer is a Consumer, then complaints raised during the statutory warranty period are governed by the Civil Code (Act No. 40/1964 Coll., as amended) and the Consumer Protection Act (Act No. 634/1992 Coll., as amended), taking into account further specifications made in these Rules of Procedure for Complaints.
