নিকোবর লম্বা-লেজ ম্যাকাক নিকোবর বানর নামে অধিক পরিচিতহল কাঁকড়াভুক বানরের একটি উপপ্রজাতি। এরা নিকোবর দ্বীপপুঞ্জের এনডেমিক (স্থানীয়) প্রজাতি। এরা নিকোবর দ্বীপপুঞ্জের তিনটি স্থানে পাওয়া যায় । যথা- গ্রেট নিকোবর, লিটিল নিকোবর ও কৎচল দ্বীপে। এদের প্রাকৃতিক বাসস্থান ক্রান্তীয় ও উপক্রান্তীয় সরলবর্গীয় বনাঞ্চল।

The Nicobar long-tailed macaque popularly known as the Nicobar monkey) is a subspecies of the crab-eating macaque (M. fascicularis), endemic to the Nicobar Islands in the Bay of Bengal. This primate is found on three of the Nicobar Islands - Great Nicobar, Little Nicobar and Katchal - in biome regions consisting of tropical and subtropical moist broadleaf forests.
