The present invention relates to a medical apparatus for capturing a blood vessel image comprising: a main body for providing a space for laying down the body of which the image of the blood vessel is to be captured; a lighting portion, which is provided on one side of the main body, for irradiating near-infrared light; an imaging portion for capturing the image of the blood vessels of the body by means of the light provided by the near-infrared light, which is irradiated by the lighting portion, penetrating the body or being reflected from the body; and a power supply portion, which is installed so as to be connected to one side of the body, for providing a current for operating the lighting portion and the imaging portion.
