The present invention relates to a preparation method of a polyurethaneurea elastic yarn, wherein the elastic yarn having high power is prepared by preparing a prepolymer by using 1) a glycol having a number average molecular weight of 500-1,200 dalton and 2) a diisocyanate mixture comprising 1-15 mol% of 2,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate on the basis of the total weight of diisocyanate; adding 3) a chain extender to the prepolymer to obtain a polyurethaneurea polymer; and stirring the polyurethaneurea polymer to mature the obtained polyurethaneurea spinning undiluted solution and spinning the undiluted solution.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation de fils élastiques à base de polyuréthaneurée, les fils élastiques ayant une puissance élevée étant préparés en préparant un prépolymère en utilisant 1) un glycol ayant un poids moléculaire moyen en nombre de 500 à 1 200 dalton et 2) un mélange de diisocyanate comprenant de 1 à 15 % en moles de 2,4'-diphénylméthane diisocyanate en se basant sur le poids total de diisocyanate ; en ajoutant 3) un allongeur de chaîne au prépolymère afin d'obtenir un polymère polyuréthaneurée ; et en agitant le polymère polyuréthaneurée afin de conditionner la solution non diluée sous agitation de polyuréthaneurée obtenue et en agitant la solution non diluée.

본 발명은 폴리우레탄우레아 탄성사의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 1) 500 내지 1200 돌턴의 수평균분자량을 갖는 글리콜과, 2) 디이소시아네이트의 전체 중량 대비 1 내지 15몰%의 2,4'-디페닐메탄디이소시아네이트가 포함된 디이소시아네이트 혼합물을 사용하여 예비중합체를 제조하고, 3) 예비중합체에 사슬연장제를 첨가하여 폴리우레탄우레아 중합물을 얻은 후, 이를 교반하여 수득된 폴리우레탄우레아 방사원액을 숙성하여 방사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고파워 탄성사의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
