(ب) ضعف الإطار القانوني وقلة التنسيق بين الدولة الطرف وبين الوكالات الدولية العاملة في مجال تحديد هوية المشتغلين بالمواد الإباحية المتعلقة بالأطفال وذوي الميول الجنسية للأطفال ومقاضاتهم ولكون الدولة الطرف ما زالت تمثل أحد البلدان الرئيسية التي يقصدها السياح بدافع ممارسة الجنس مع الأطفال؛
