التأكيد على الرفض التام لجميع محاولات تسييس مبادئ العدالة الدولية، وكذلك رفض أي معايير مزدوجة في تطبيق القواعد القانونية الدولية الراسخة والمستمدة من القانون الدولي، وأي محاولات للانتقاص من سيادة الدول ووحدتها وأمنها واستقرارها ورموز سيادتها الوطنية.

To affirm full rejection of all attempts to politicize the principles of international justice and also reject any double standards in the application of international legal principles rooted in and derived from international law, as well as any attempts to undermine the sovereignty, unity, security and stability of the Sudan and the symbols of its national sovereignty;

Reafirmar su total rechazo a todos los intentos de politizar los principios de la justicia internacional, así como los dobles raseros en la aplicación de los principios jurídicos internacionales arraigados en el derecho internacional y derivados de éste, al igual que cualquier tentativa de socavar la soberanía, unidad, seguridad y estabilidad del Sudán y los símbolos de su soberanía nacional;
