Durch diese Aktionen soll erreicht werden, daß die ÜLG aus den Bestimmungen dieses Beschlusses betreffend die kommerzielle, landwirtschaftliche und industrielle Zusammenarbeit möglichst grossen Nutzen ziehen und an den Märkten der Gemeinschaft, den Binnenmärkten, den subregionalen, den regionalen und den internationalen Märkten durch Diversifizierung des Angebots und Steigerung des Wertes und Umfangs ihres Handels mit Gütern und Dienstleistungen unter möglichst günstigen Bedingungen teilnehmen können.
