Der er efter min mening ikke, saaledes som sagen foreligger oplyst, elementer i selve den eneret, centrene har til at forestaa insemineringsarbejdet inden for geografiske omraader, der indebaerer en overtraedelse af artikel 90, stk. 1, sammenholdt med artikel 86.

Νομίζω ότι στο παρόν στάδιο της υποθέσεως, δεν υπάρχουν στοιχεία που να επιτρέπουν το συμπέρασμα ότι το αποκλειστικό δικαίωμα που χορηγείται στα κέντρα προκειμένου να προβαίνουν σε εργασίες γονιμοποιήσεως εντός γεωγραφικών ζωνών συνεπάγεται παράβαση του άρθρου 90, παράγραφος 1, σε συνδυασμό με το άρθρο 86.
