وفي محافل دولية شتى، من قبيل منظمة الدول الأمريكية والمنظومة الاقتصادية لأمريكا اللاتينية ومؤتمرات القمة الأيبيرية - الأمريكية ومؤتمرات قمة مجموعة ريو، دعت السوق المشتركة لبلدان المخروط الجنوبي والبلدان المنتسبة إليها، مرارا، إلى التعددية الحقة وإلغاء التدابير القسرية الانفرادية التي لا تعمل إلا على زيادة حدة التوتر وإضعاف التعاون الدولي اللازم لتحقيق التنمية والأمن وإعمال حقوق الإنسان.

That is why on more than one occasion and in various international forums such as the Organization of American States (OAS), the Latin American Economic System, the Ibero-American and Rio Group summits, MERCOSUR and its associate members have spoken out in favour of effective multilateralism and of the elimination of unilateral coercive measures, which only exacerbate tensions and undermine the international cooperation that is required to achieve development, security and human rights for all.

Es por eso que en forma reiterada y en diversos foros internacionales, tales como la Organización de los Estados Americanos, el Sistema Económico Latinoamericano y las Cumbres Iberoamericanas y del Grupo de Río, el MERCOSUR y los Países Asociados se pronunciaron a favor del multilateralismo eficaz y por la eliminación de medidas coercitivas unilaterales que sólo contribuyen a aumentar las tensiones y a debilitar la imprescindible cooperación internacional necesaria para lograr el desarrollo, la seguridad y los derechos humanos para todos.

C’est pourquoi le MERCOSUR et les pays associés se sont prononcés à maintes reprises et devant diverses instances internationales, comme l’Organisation des États américains, le Système économique latino-américain ou les sommets ibéro-américains et du Groupe de Rio, en faveur d’un multilatéralisme efficace et de l’élimination des mesures coercitives unilatérales qui ne contribuent qu’à accroître les tensions et à affaiblir la coopération internationale indispensable dont nous avons besoin pour atteindre les objectifs concernant le développement, la sécurité et les droits de l’homme pour tous.

因此,南方共同市场成员国和联系国在美洲国家组织、拉丁美洲经济体系、伊比利亚美洲首脑会议、里约集团首脑会议等各种国际论坛重申支持切实推行多边主义,支持取消单方面胁迫措施,因为这种措施只会助长紧张局势,破坏为所有人实现发展、安全和人权所不可或缺的国际合作。
