The present invention relates to a hidden rail type window and door system, wherein a rail structure is provided separately at a lower structure which is provided at the installation surface of a window and door frame, and thus a rail can be very easily replaced, maintained and repaired and not be seen from the outside in case of the opening and closing of a window or door.

본 발명은 창호틀 설치자리면에 설치된 하부구조체에 레일구조체를 분리 가능하게 설치하여 레일 교체 및 유지 보수가 매우 용이하고, 창호문 개폐시 레일이 외부에서 보이지 않게 은폐시킬 수 있도록 한 레일 은폐형 창호장치에 관한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 창호틀 설치자리면에 설치된 하부구조체에 레일구조체를 별도로 분리 가능하게 설치하여 레일 교체 및 유지 보수가 매우 용이할 뿐만 아니라, 창호문의 슬라이딩 개폐시 레일을 외부에서 보이지 않게 은폐시키는 동시에 은폐된 레일 상면을 평평한 면으로 처리하여 외관미를 수려하게 할 뿐만아니라 청소의 용이성을 제공할 수 있고, 외풍 및 소음에 대한 기밀 구조를 다단 차폐 구조로 개선시킨 새로운 구조의 레일 은폐형 창호장치를 제공하고자 한 것이다.
