وتنص المادة 1129 (1) على أن أطراف النافتا غير المشاركة في النـزاع لها أيضا الحق في الحصول على جميع الأدلة المقدمة إلى هيئة التحكيم، فضلا عن الحجج الخطية للأطراف المتنازعة.

Article 1129 (1) specifies that the non-disputing NAFTA parties also have the right to receive all the evidence submitted to the tribunal as well as the written arguments of the disputing parties.
