se definen los actos de terrorismo, entre los que figuran los siguientes: causar o intentar causar la muerte o lesiones corporales; atemorizar a una persona o a un grupo de personas; secuestrar a personas, tomar rehenes o secuestrar vehículos o medios de transporte, o intentar perpetrar cualquiera de esas actividades; importar, fabricar, poseer, utilizar, intentar utilizar, vender o distribuir armas de fuego, munición o cualquier tipo de bombas o explosivos sin la autorización expresa del Gobierno; traficar con armas de fuego y artículos conexos; y prender fuego o causar daños a bienes inmuebles
