كما أعربت اللجنة المخصصة عن تقديرها لدييغو مالِبده (الأرجنتين) وسابلو سيفويلي ماكونغو (جنوب أفريقيا)، اللذين لم يعودا موجودين ليؤديا مهامهما كنائبين للرئيس، والراحل لوبلين ديلجا، تقديراً لإسهامهم القيم في أعمالها.

The Ad Hoc Committee also expressed its appreciation to Diego Malpede (Argentina), and Sabelo Sivuyile Maqungo (South Africa), who were no longer available to serve as Vice-Chairpersons and the late Lublin Dilja for their valuable contribution to its work.
