The program executing unit (20) uses the stored corresponding relation when the same executes the working programs, and changes the reading of the used electrode number used in each working program, into that of the changed electrode number thereby executing each working program.

複数の加工プログラムに含まれる電極番号を抽出し、各加工プログラム間での電極番号の重複を判定して判定結果を表示し、ユーザによって指定された変更電極番号と加工プログラムで使用されている使用電極番号との対応関係を加工プログラム毎に記憶するプログラム解析部10と、複数の加工プログラムを実行する際、記憶された前記対応関係を用いて、各加工プログラムで使用されている使用電極番号を変更電極番号に読み替えて各加工プログラムを実行するプログラム実行部20とを備え、プログラム間で使用されている電極番号の重複を確実かつ簡便に解消させる。
