Moscow welcomes the outcome of the recent Berlin International Conference on Afghanistan, which has demonstrated adherence by the international community to the policy of reviving Afghanistan under the aegis of the UN as a peaceful, independent and neutral state, and the common readiness to give this process all-round support.
