Proč Komise na základě podkladů průmyslu svědčících o problémech při výrobě těchto produktů podle navrhovaných kritérií nepožaduje silnější vědecké odůvodnění, když i sama EFSA uznala, že její doporučení nelze podložit kvalitními experimentálními důkazy?

Given the evidence submitted by the industry on the difficulties in manufacturing these products to the proposed criteria, why has the Commission not demanded a stronger scientific justification, when EFSA itself has acknowledged that there is no good experimental evidence to support their recommendations?
