وإننا، إذ نشيد بدور الاتحاد الأفريقي ونثمنه، نحذر من أجندة بعض القوى الكبرى صاحبة الأجندات الخفية، ودقها لطبول الحرب واتخاذها قضية دارفور كمدخل لاستهداف السودان، ونهب موارده، والتأثير على قراره الوطني المستقل.

In paying tribute to and expressing appreciation for the role of the African Union, we warn against the hidden agendas of some great Powers to exploit the issue of Darfur as a tool of influence over the Sudan’s resources and national decisions.
