وفي حالة طرأت زيادة في الموارد المطلوبة، فستقع المسؤولية بالدرجة الأولى على وحدة المقر المعنية لتبرير هذه الزيادة أو إيجاد الموارد اللازمة من الميزانية الخاصة بها.
