في سياق تقديمها لهذا البند الفرعي، أشار الرئيس إلى أن اللجنة استعرضت في اجتماعها التاسع اقتراحاً قدمته تشاد بشأن إدراج الفنثيون 640 المستعمل بحجم منخفض للغاية (ULV) في المرفق الثالث مصحوباً بالمعلومات الإضافية التي جمعتها الأمانة وفقاً للجزء 2 من المرفق الرابع للاتفاقية، وخلص، مع أخذ كل معيار من المعايير المحددة في الجز 3 من المرفق الرابع للاتفاقية في الاعتبار، إلى أن هذه المعايير قد استوفيت.

Introducing the sub-item, the Chair recalled that at its ninth meeting the Committee had reviewed a proposal by Chad to list fenthion 640 ULV in Annex III to the Convention, along with the additional information collected by the Secretariat in accordance with part 2 of Annex IV to the Convention, and, taking into account each of the specific criteria set out in part 3 of Annex IV to the Convention, had concluded that those criteria had been met.

Al presentar el subtema, el Presidente recordó que el Comité, en su novena reunión, había examinado una propuesta del Chad relativa a la inclusión del fentión 640 de ultra bajo volumen en el anexo III del Convenio, junto con la información adicional reunida por la Secretaría de conformidad con la parte 2 del anexo IV del Convenio, y, teniendo en cuenta los criterios específicos establecidos en la parte 3 del anexo IV del Convenio, había llegado a la conclusión de que se cumplían esos criterios.

Présentant ce sous-point, le Président a rappelé qu’à sa neuvième réunion, le Comité avait examiné la proposition du Tchad visant à inscrire le fenthion 640 ULV à l’Annexe III de la Convention, ainsi que des informations supplémentaires recueillies par le Secrétariat conformément à la deuxième partie de l’Annexe IV à la Convention et, prenant en considération chacun des critères spécifiques énoncés dans la troisième partie de l’Annexe IV à la Convention, avait conclu que ceux-ci étaient remplis.

Внося на обсуждение этот подпункт, Председатель напомнил, что на своем девятом совещании Комитет рассмотрел представленное Чадом предложение о включении фентиона‐640 (СМО) в приложение III к Конвенции наряду с дополнительной информацией, собранной секретариатом в соответствии с частью 2 приложения IV к Конвенции, и с учетом каждого конкретного критерия, изложенного в части 3 приложения IV к Конвенции, пришел к выводу о том, что эти критерии были выполнены.
