I forbindelse med gennemfoerelsen af Domstolens domme i de sidste to sager ( hvortil der henvises i aendringsloven ) ophaevede Italien ved lovdekret nr . 232 af 15 . juni 1984 statsafgiften og fastsatte produktionsafgiften paa italiensk fremstillet spiritus og den tilsvarende importtillaegsafgift paa indfoert spiritus til 350 000 LIT pr . hl ren alkohol .

In Befolgung der Urteile des Gerichtshofes in den beiden letzten dieser Rechtssachen schaffte Italien ( unter Bezugnahme auf diese Urteile in den Änderungsvorschriften ) die Staatsabgabe ab und legte mit dem Decreto legge Nr . 232 vom 15 . Juni 1984 die Herstellungsteuer für in Italien hergestellten Branntwein sowie die entsprechende Grenzabgabe für eingeführten Branntwein mit einem Einheitssatz von 350 000 LIT je hl anhydrischen Alkohols fest .

Κατόπιν των αποφάσεων του Δικαστηρίου στις προαναφερθείσες δύο υποθέσεις (στις οποίες παρέπεμπε η τροποποιητική νομοθεσία της), η Ιταλία κατήργησε με το νομοθετικό διάταγμα 232, της 15ης Ιουνίου 1984, το δημόσιο τέλος και καθόρισε το τέλος παραγωγής για τις ιταλικές αλκοόλες καθώς και τον αντίστοιχο μεθοριακό επίφορο για τις εισαγόμενες αλκοόλες υπό μορφή ενιαίου συντελεστή ύψους 350 000 λιρετών (LΙΤ) ανά εκατόλιτρο άνυδρης αλκοόλης.

Following the judgments of the Court in the last two of these cases ( to which it referred in its amending legislation ) Italy abolished the State tax and fixed the manufacturing tax on spirits made in Italy and the corresponding frontier surcharge on imported spirits at a single rate of LIT 350 000 per anhydrous hectolitre of alcohol by Decree-Law No 232 of 15 June 1984 .

A consecuencia de las sentencias dictadas por el Tribunal de Justicia en estos dos últimos asuntos, a las cuales se refieren las disposiciones mediante las cuales Italia ha modificado su legislación, Italia abolió, mediante el Decreto ley no 232, de 15 de junio de 1984, el impuesto de Estado y estableció el impuesto de fabricación sobre los alcoholes producidos en Italia, así como el impuesto a la importación correspondiente sobre los alcoholes importados a un tipo único de 350 000 LIT por hectolitro anhidro de alcohol.
