La secretaria general de la organización internacional del arte popular IOV, desde su sede en Bérgamo, ciudad italiana, hizo una invitación en los seis idiomas usados por las naciones unidas y en diferentes medios, a los investigadores en distintas partes del mundo, para participar en el congreso científico internacional, destinado a la investigación de “la cultura popular: el presente y las trayectorias del futuro”, que coincide con la reunión de la asociación general de la organización en la ciudad de Sharjah en Emiratos árabes unidos, en abril del 2019.
