In the imaging unit, an input output pad for input of voltage and input and output of a signal into the image sensor is disposed at a position that is closer to the bending part than a ground pad for connecting the image sensor to ground, and an input output wiring which is connected to the input output pad is formed by the same conductive layer as the input output pad.
