In year 2030, Carbon dioxide emission is estimated to reach 99,822 thousand tons of CO2 which is 33,717 thousand tons of CO2 less than that of the previous plan. In addition, the estimated CO2 emission at the end of the plan would reach 104,075 thousand tons of CO2. The amount of carbon dioxide emission was calculated according to the IPCC Guidelines for National Greenhouse Gas Inventories.
