Medlemsstaten forpligter sig til for det af beslutningen omfattede projekt at sikre, at de offentlige eller private organer, der medvirker ved forvaltningen og gennemfoerelsen af foranstaltningerne, enten foerer et saerskilt regnskab over alle de hertil knyttede transaktioner eller udfaerdiger en samlet regnskabsmaessig opstilling herover, hvilket vil lette Faellesskabets og de nationale kontrolorganers verifikation af udgifterne.

Der Mitgliedstaat trägt dafür Sorge, daß im Fall des im Rahmen dieser Entscheidung geförderten Vorhabens alle an der Verwaltung und Durchführung der entsprechenden Maßnahmen beteiligten öffentlichen oder privaten Einrichtungen entweder ein gesondertes Buchführungssystem oder eine geeignete Kodifizierung für sämtliche betroffenen Transaktionen wählen, um die Ausgabenüberprüfung durch die Gemeinschaft und die nationalen Kontrollbehörden zu erleichtern.

Το κράτος μέλος αναλαμβάνει την υποχρέωση να διασφαλίσει ότι, για το έργο, το οποίο αποτελεί αντικείμενο της παρούσας απόφασης, όλοι οι δημόσιοι ή ιδιωτικοί φορείς που συμμετέχουν στη διαχείριση και την υλοποίηση των ενεργειών αυτών τηρούν είτε χωριστό σύστημα λογιστικής είτε κατάλληλη λογιστική κωδικοποίηση όλων των σχετικών συναλλαγών, πράγμα που διευκολύνει τον έλεγχο των δαπανών από την Κοινότητα και τις εθνικές ελεγκτικές αρχές.

The Member State shall undertake to ensure that, for the project to which this Decision relates, all public or private bodies involved in the management and implementation of these operations maintain either a separate accounting system or an adequate accounting codification of all transactions concerned which will facilitate the verification of expenditure by the Community and national control authorities.
