يعتقد الاتحاد الدولي لتنظيم الأسرة أن للشباب حقا في المعلومات التي تتيح لهم اتخاذ قرارات مستنيرة، وحقا في الحصول على الخدمات اللازمة لتحويل تلك القرارات إلى واقع بدون خوف من الانتقام أو الشعور بالعار.

The International Planned Parenthood Federation believes that young people have a right to information to allow them to make informed decisions and a right to access the services required to turn those decisions into reality without fear of reprisal or shame.
