The Committee notes that these practices occur primarily in the Alto Parapeto region of the Bolivian Chaco, the provinces of Gran Chaco, Cordillera, Burnet O’Connor and Luis Calvo, and the departments of Tarija, Santa Cruz and Chuquisaca, and it regrets the problems the State party is experiencing in carrying out labour inspections in these areas.

El Comité observa que estas prácticas tienen lugar principalmente en la zona del Alto Parapeto del Chaco boliviano, provincias de Gran Chaco, Cordillera, Burnet O'Connor y Luis Calvo y en los departamentos de Tarija, Santa Cruz y Chuquisaca, y lamenta las dificultades que está teniendo el Estado parte para practicar inspecciones de trabajo en esas zonas.
