The present invention relates to an incinerating device able to improve combustion efficiency by supplying air for combustion as a vortex to a first combustion unit having a double structure so as to facilitate the inflow of the combustion air, and moving the dust and combustion gasses produced after the combustion and then re-combusting the same in a second combustion unit.
